Too Cold To Workout??? Be Prepared!

At what temperature do you avoid going outside to exercise? For me, if the temperature dips below 20 degrees with any kind of wind chill, I find it difficult to motivate myself to workout and would much prefer to curl up on the couch, in front of a fire, with a good book! On winter days when the temperature is chilly but not preventing you from a workout outdoors, one needs to take precautions. After reading this article from the Mayo Clinic and  you will be prepared for all of the challenges of working out, in the cold.
